Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Alryiqey. Alryiqey operates this website and online store, together with all information, content, features, tools, jewelry products, accessories, and related services made available through the site (collectively referred to as the “Services”), with the purpose of offering customers a convenient and thoughtfully selected shopping experience.

Alryiqey relies on Shopify Inc. as its ecommerce platform to provide and operate the Services offered to you.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Alryiqey. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at our discretion for any lawful reason. No order will be considered accepted until Alryiqey confirms its acceptance. Payment must be properly authorized and successfully processed before we can accept an order. Please verify your order information carefully before submitting your purchase, as Alryiqey may not be able to approve cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If an order is declined, modified, or canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing information, and/or telephone number supplied at the time of purchase.

Returns and exchanges are available only as provided under our Refund Policy.

You represent that products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and are not purchased for commercial resale or export purposes.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices, promotional discounts, and special offers may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the amount displayed when your order is placed and will also appear in your order confirmation email. Unless specifically stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling costs, customs duties, and import-related charges.

We do not accept responsibility for delays affecting shipment or delivery. Any estimated delivery period displayed or communicated to you is provided for reference only and is not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays resulting from shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other matters outside our reasonable control. Ownership of the order and risk of loss transfer to you once the package has been handed over to the applicable shipping carrier.

The Alryiqey name, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks belonging to Alryiqey, its affiliates, or its licensors. You may not use these marks without receiving prior written authorization from Alryiqey. Shopify's name, logo, product names, service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. Other names, logos, product names, designs, or slogans appearing through the Services remain the property of their respective owners.

Through the Services, you may receive access to certain third-party tools that we do not monitor, operate, supervise, control, or influence.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Alryiqey is hosted and supported through Shopify, which supplies the ecommerce technology that enables us to provide the Services. Nevertheless, every purchase and sale completed through our Store is a transaction made directly between you and Alryiqey. By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify has no responsibility for any part of a transaction between you and Alryiqey, including injury, loss, damage, or other matters connected to products or services purchased from us. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, and damages arising from transactions or purchases made with Alryiqey.

You further agree that you will not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, malicious, or harmful materials, including viruses or other computer code capable of interfering with the Services or related websites. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALRYIQEY, TOGETHER WITH OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AS WELL AS SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE PERSONNEL, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you about any claim subject to indemnification. At your expense, we may direct and control the defense and settlement of the claim, including choosing legal counsel; however, we will not enter into a settlement that imposes non-monetary obligations upon you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld. You agree that all dispute resolution proceedings will take place exclusively on an individual basis and may not be pursued as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
